MikroTikSA Instant Messenger Platform Group Submissions Terms of Service

1. Introduction

This Terms of Service Policy ("Policy") governs the use of our Instant Messenger group submission platform (the "Platform" or "Service"). By submitting content to our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Instant Messenger Platform includes, but is not limited to, WhatsApp, Telegram Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and all other common messenger platforms.

2. Eligibility

To submit content to our Platform, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Instant Messenger account.

3. Submission Requirements

When submitting content to our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained necessary permissions to share the submitted content.
• The submitted content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents.
• The submitted content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal.

4. License

By submitting content to our Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Store, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display the submitted content.
• Create derivative works based on the submitted content.
• Use, sell, distribute, or exploit the submitted content for any purpose.

5. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• You have all necessary rights to submit the content to our Platform.
• The submitted content is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• The submitted content does not violate any laws or regulations.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your submission of content to our Platform, including but not limited to:

• Claims that the submitted content infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Claims that the submitted content is defamatory or otherwise illegal.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Platform at any time without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to comply with these Terms of Service.
• Infringement on intellectual property rights.
• Defamatory or illegal content.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of these Terms of Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa ("AFSA").

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of our Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our WhatsApp group submission platform, and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral.

By submitting content to our WhatsApp group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit any content to our Platform.
